It takes its name from the Japanese word Chanpuru, meaning to mix an unusual combination of elements to create surprising and astonishing outcomes. The company was founded in 2007 by Joel Daniel and Wilkie Branson, previously members of the street theatre b-boy crew, Physical Jerks.
Highly regarded for his dance film work, Wilkie Branson presents White Caps, his first major live work. Integrating lyrical film with explosive breakdance, White Caps is a multimedia experience that follows the journey of two young men as they embark on an epic and grueling personal adventure.
